Depending on the time of the day, going from the Airport to Miraflores will take anywhere from 30 to 50 minutes. QuickLlama is a shuttle service that leaves every 30 minutes from the Airport to Miraflores for only 15 soles. In the city you can use Uber, Cabify or Beat to get around. Even though there’s a lot of taxis in the streets, for safety reasons, we would recommend not to make them, because there's not much regulations in Perú about who can be a taxi driver.
