How to move in Cartagena?
To get out of the airport you can take an Uber or a Taxi. In the city, you can walk to most places, but there’s also the option to use Uber or Taxi if you are going somewhere further away. To go from Cartagena to the nearby islands you will probably need to take a boat that leaves from Muelle de Los Pegasos, that’s outside of the Ciudad Amurallada.
